Secondo me molto sottovalutato come Final Fantasy poichè in parte oscurato dal successo del 7. Però ancora in tanti lo giocano dopo 25 anni 😊

@@FF8FansChannel Per me è il migliore. Tra gli italiani della mia età ('94) non è per niente sottovalutato perchè è stato il primo tradotto in ita. Avevo su psx FFVII ma essendo in inglese non riuscivo a capirci nulla. Poi al di là della barriera linguistica per me è migliore proprio come opera in tutto FFVIII, musiche, storia, narrazione, personaggi, grafica, immersione, profondità, longevità, però dobbiamo dire per forza che ci piace solo per l'effetto nostalgico. Io intanto me lo rigioco ad intervalli regolare ed evito sempre di finirlo perchè non voglio ci sia una fine a quel meraviglioso sogno che è FFVIII.

@@pernazzo ma tra l'altro l'effetto nostalgico è normale perché la nostalgia è uno dei temi del gioco. ci sono molti altri purtroppo che non hanno capito il perché amiamo questo capitolo!! anche per me per molti versi il migliore. se vuoi passare a dare un'occhiata al progetto di FF8 Alternate Destiny sono curioso di avere il tuo parere.

Al momento gli episodi conclusi coprono l'arco narrativo del CD 1 e del CD 2, ma a settembre uscirà anche una terza stagione. Lì ci sono spesso le colonne sonore di Deiana ❤️

I kept the story faithful to the original, still this character puts some pepper on the relationships in the party and helps to explore Squall's feelings and there are some extra scenes I think that could be appreciated 😊 Also I want to give more space to Ultimecia and her reasons in the seasons to come.

As a long-time fan of FFVIII for over two decades, I would dare to disagree that the story should stay as is. In my personal opinion, there are quite a few flaws with the pacing, and the crunch they put themselves through to release the game on time kinda shows, especially once you hit Trabia and onwards. For me and my sensibilities, disc 3 generally has a few writing issues. However, I definetely prefer it over many other games, in part because it actually shows teenagers acting like teenagers; they can be dumb at times, they act with courage and abanding, and while they can cause unneeded issues, they work hard to remedy them. All of that is all part of growing up, and they only really learn to communicate as the story progresses. Even today, the characters are a very refreshing take on adolescents. :) In short, I would welcome some changes to the story, given that the characters remain as they are.

@@EnricoDeianamusic Your welcome. Yeah it really fit the mood of 8's soundtrack. If I had to describe 8's OST in one word....I would say "Dreamy" and this song fits that feel. Got the guitar and the laid back yet almost haunting vibe. It's good 👍

I think it would remain a very niche product. I understand your allegiance to the old-fashioned JRPG of the Ps1 era, and I'm aligned with your vision as well. Times have changed, and new generations I don't know how much they would like to enjoy a more tactical and less action-oriented approach to the game.

@EnricoDeianamusic I am quite surprised that I got a response like this from you. I will admit I first had this idea back when DQ11 had a similar mode that turned it into a 16 bit game. That or when Chrono Cross was getting remastered. I thought it would've been cool to see it as a snes game in that classic Akira Toriyama art style before he died
